Notice of the right of withdrawal

In short

You can withdraw from your contract for 14 days without giving a reason. An informal e-mail to hello@postd.ai is enough. We pay your money back the same way you sent it, no later than 14 days after your message.

Once the 14 days are over, cancellation is the right way. The paid period then runs out, nothing more is charged.

Below you find the same notice in prescribed wording. The German version reproduces the wording laid down by German law, word for word, because exactly that wording guarantees your rights. The English version below uses the model instructions on withdrawal in Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, which that German wording implements. Where the two differ, the German version is the binding one.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stefan Kern, Kleinsachsenheimer Str. 36, 74343 Sachsenheim, Germany, e-mail: hello@postd.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content and services

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, or for the provision of a service, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the performance of the contract (§ 356 Abs. 4 und 5 BGB).
