Common questions about pricing

What you want to know before you buy.

Yes. The full editor runs without an account, right in your browser. You only need one when you want to save, export or share.

On the Free plan you build carousels with up to five slides. All looks, the whole editor, nothing greyed out. The export carries a small postd watermark.

From Pro your calendar gets an address of its own. Anyone who has it subscribes to your plan in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and sees every change automatically. They do not need a postd account for that. On the Free plan your calendar stays with you. If someone should add entries themselves, you need Studio: there you invite up to five editors per calendar, and every invited person needs a subscription of their own.

Not yet. You plan your posts in the editorial calendar and upload them yourself at the scheduled time. Direct publishing is built and waiting on Meta's approval for posting from a third-party app. Until that arrives we do not promise it: you can see feed preview, insights and publishing in the editor, but they are locked. If you connect an Instagram account later, you can disconnect it again at any time in your account.

Yes, monthly. Through the customer portal or here without logging in. No notice period, no questions asked.

Studio is the plan for teams and agencies. You get five private brands for your own work and one shared brand you can invite up to five people into. Everyone works on the same carousels, boards and calendars. Plus six calendars per brand, each shareable on its own, with up to five editors per calendar. Studio is available now, seven days free to try it.

Yes. Studio gives you the right to run a shared brand and invite people. Everyone invited needs their own access, and Pro is enough for that. They do not need Studio themselves. Anyone who should only look at your board needs nothing at all: share links are free and take no seat. For the calendar that starts with Pro, and the subscribe link then works in Apple, Google or Outlook.

A private brand is yours alone: your colors, your type, your logo, your projects. A shared brand is the same box with people in it, each with a role (Owner, Lead, Editor or Guest for read-only). Shared brands start with Studio. There you turn an existing private brand into a shared one, and back to private later, as long as nobody else is working in it. On Free and Pro every brand stays private. You can still hand out single boards by link there, and calendars from Pro.

Payment runs through Stripe. postd never sees your card details.
