Translation for convenience. The legally binding version of this document is the German one. In case of any discrepancy, the German text prevails. German statutes keep their German short title and citation style, for example § 19 UStG or § 356 Abs. 4 und 5 BGB: a citation is an address, not a sentence to translate. Two labels stay in German, on purpose: § 312k Abs. 2 BGB prescribes the wording of the cancellation button and of the confirmation button and permits nothing else on the label. Cancel contract
Enter the email address you used for your postd subscription. We confirm that your cancellation arrived right here on this page, and by email as well. As agreed in the subscription, your access keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that nothing is charged.
Bought Lifetime?
Then there is nothing to cancel. Lifetime has no running costs, nothing gets charged. If you want your account and your data deleted, write to us at hello@postd.ai.
What happens next
Your cancellation is processed right away, not once somebody gets into the office. You get a confirmation email straight away with the date your access runs until. Until then you can keep using postd as normal, after that nothing is charged.
Was it a mistake? Just reply to the confirmation email, everything can be undone until the end date. If the email address of your account has changed, or you are unsure, write to us directly at hello@postd.ai, that counts as a cancellation too.
And your projects?
They stay available in the cloud for another seven days after your contract ends. Sign in during that time and export everything you want to keep, as images or as a project file. After that they are deleted, together with any existing share links. Whatever you already exported sits on your device and is yours anyway.
