Yes, with no notice period, at the end of the period you paid for: monthly on a monthly plan, at the end of the subscription year on a yearly one. You can cancel without logging in via the cancellation page.

With a subscription your projects are backed up in the cloud and ready on two devices at the same time. Move to a third one and the session ends on the device you have left unused the longest. On top of that you can export any project as a file.

After your contract ends, your projects stay available in the cloud for another seven days. During that time you can sign in and export everything, as images or as a project file. After that they are deleted, together with any existing share links.

Anything you have already exported sits on your device and stays yours in any case. If you delete your account yourself, the projects go with it right away, without the seven days.

A share link expires: after seven days on the Free plan, after 30 days with Pro, Studio and Lifetime. The clock starts when you create the link, not when it was last opened. The date sits right next to the link in the editor.

After that the recipient sees a note that the preview is no longer available. Creating a new link takes two clicks, and the old one stays dead. As long as the preview is open in the editor, you can also revoke a link early.

Do not mix this up with the period above: the seven days after your contract ends apply to your saved projects. If you cancel, existing share links are deleted together with the projects, even if their own period is still running.

Yes. Whoever gets the link can leave a note under each individual slide — no account, no sign-in, right in the browser. A name and one sentence are enough. The note stays attached to exactly the slide it refers to, so nobody has to guess afterwards which one was meant.

You get new notes by email, collected rather than one by one. In the shared link itself you can tick them off once they are done, and delete them individually. When you create a link you can also turn notes off entirely, if you only want to show a finished post.

Notes live as long as the link does. When it expires or you revoke it, they go with it.

Yes, with Studio. Free and Pro are built for one person. Studio comes with a shared brand for your team and up to 5 collaborators, 6 calendars per brand and up to 5 editors per calendar who can add entries themselves. For agreeing things with clients and colleagues there is also the shared link: every recipient can note what stands out to them on each slide, without creating an account.

On the Free plan you get an editorial calendar with up to 5 open entries, and you cannot share it. From Pro you share it with a subscribe link: it lands in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and keeps itself up to date there. With Studio you get 6 calendars per brand, each shareable on its own, plus up to 5 editors per calendar who can add entries themselves.

Payment runs through Stripe. That covers the usual cards and, depending on your country, further payment methods. Your payment details sit with Stripe, not with us.

Within 14 days of entering the contract you can withdraw and get your money back. The details and the model form are in the notice of the right of withdrawal. Once the 14 days are over, cancellation is the right way. Then the period you paid for runs out, nothing more gets charged.
